After healing, a final reline is required at $275 per arch—or you can choose to upgrade to a new permanent denture.
These packages include:
  • An economy temporary denture for the healing period (9–12 months)
  • Replacement with a permanent deluxe denture once healing is complete

What to Expect During Healing

Getting immediate dentures means you’ll have teeth right away, but it also comes with a healing process as your gums and mouth adjust. Here’s what most patients experience:

Gum Healing & Shrinkage

  • After teeth are removed, the gums and underlying bone naturally shrink and reshape as they heal.
  • This shrinking can last several months (typically 9–12 months) and will affect how your denture fits.
  • Because of this, your dentures may feel looser over time. Temporary liners and adjustments are included to keep them fitting as comfortably as possible during this transition.

Irritation, Sores & Adjustments

  • It’s common to experience sore spots, irritation, or pressure points as your mouth adapts to dentures.
